What is a digital badge?
A digital badge is a web-enabled version of our current AMPP certifications and membership cards.
Some of the benefits related to digital badging are:
- Accessibility by web browser or through an app
- Faster receipt of your badge after completing a certification exam
- Reduced waiting time for certification and membership badges via the mail
- Elimination of lost certification or membership cards
- Validation to employers that certification or membership are current
There is no fee for a digital badge.
To locate your digital credential you will:
- Log into your AMPP profile
- Enter into your "My Certification Portal"
- Once in your certification portal, click the link. in the box on the left, that reads "My Credentials"
- Locate the certification you are look to obtain
- Click the "View" tab off to the right
- When your certificate appears you will find option below for PDF, Email etc.
