SSPC Bridge Coating Inspector and/or SSPC Concrete Coating Inspector certification will be transitioning into the AMPP Certification program. For ease of recognition, we have deliberately kept existing naming conventions and your credentials will be integrated into the AMPP certification program in early 2023.

The credentials will be named below:

  • AMPP SSPC Bridge Coatings Inspector Level 1
  • AMPP SSPC Bridge Coatings Inspector Level 2
  • AMPP SSPC Concrete Coatings Inspector Level 1
  • AMPP SSPC Concrete Coatings Inspector Level 2

Another change to your credential is that physical credential cards will be replaced with digital badges and certificates. To align these certifications to other AMPP certification program renewal requirements, the renewal period will be adjusted from 4 to 3 years upon the next renewal cycle.
